Montane Krypton Hooded Jacket

The Krypton Hooded Jacket is one of those jackets you wear once and never want to be without it. Made using Montane's Granite High-Loft softshell fabric, it's weather-resistant, super stretchy, comfortable and exceptionally breathable.

The Krypton Hooded Jacket has been constructed using Montanes own unique fabrics. GRANITE High-Loft is used in the core body and over the arms as it is breathable, stretchy, and, thanks to the high-loft interior, traps heat and effectively manages moisture. This keeps you comfortable whilst also allowing for plenty of flexibility for efficient movement during fast-paced activity in cool and changeable conditions. Granite loft has been used under the arms as these areas are naturally warmer, and heat retention isn't as necessary. The Krypton is weather-resistant and will shed light rain thanks to its durable water-repellant coating and the adjustable hood with a wired peak keeps the wind and showers out of your face. There is plenty of storage to stash your essentials, with a concealed zipped chest pocket big enough to fit your phone and your bank cards and two mesh-lined hand pockets with YKK zips that can be used to store your trail snacks or increase airflow to aid cooling. To finish, adjustable hem drawcords can be cinched closed to seal in valuable warmth or left loose to increase ventilation.
