Now in sachet form, it's easier than ever to try or travel with the OTE Super Carbs Energy Drink. Each single-serve sachet delivers 80g of quickly absorbed carbohydrates.

Each 85g sachet of powder contains one serving of 80g of carbohydrates, to be mixed in 500ml of water.

Capable of delivering 80g of carbohydrate per 500ml serving, Super Carbs has been designed and developed by OTE's sports nutritionists to be a high-performance energy drink that has been formulated with a dual energy source in the form of maltodextrin and fructose.

OTE Super Carbs has been designed to be simply mixed with water and then consumed like a regular energy drink. However, the drink then forms a gel when it hits the acidity of the stomach which allows for transportation, along with more carbs and energy, into the intestine where they are absorbed. As well as carbohydrates and energy, the Super Carbs offer electrolytes to help maintain hydration throughout training and exercise.
