Designed to be incredibly versatile for the max-trainer, the GoFit ProGym Extreme comes with four resistance tubes that allow 12 different weight combinations of up to 140lbs/63.5kg of resistance. They can be used in a variety of ways together or even individually to help strengthen your muscles. Heavy-duty calibre carabiners and metal connection rings add durable and easy-to-use attachment points for the premium rubber tubing. Simply attach your chosen resistance to the professional-grade handles or padded ankle straps and add the reinforced door anchor if your workout requires.
